City Hall: William Penn's landmark
Directly in the heart of Philadelphia, this 510-foot-high landmark is William Penn’s choice as the exact center of the city. City Hall is the nation's largest municipal building with a 100-year history of public life. Through the City Hall Tours Program, people have the opportunity to visit Philadelphia 's center of local government.
